La bandeja paisa!

I usually go looking around for local spots, following locals around lunch/dinner time and seeing where they go. So let me introduce to you, avid readers, an extraordinary piece of Colombian typical cuisine: the bandeja paisa — breakfast of champions.

Just to leave you with a general idea, and quoting this website, “this dish can feature minced or grilled steak, chorizo, fried pork belly (“chicharron”), red beans, rice, arepa, fried plantain, blood sausage, a small salad, and a fried egg.
